It sounds a little bit weird, I mean tea with a chunk of cheese but it looks so goooood. :) I do take tea once in a while, such a nice way to calm the nerves.

Hi, Nadia,

In my book, TEA TIME ENTERTAINING, I have a section on cheese and tea pairing with desserts and wines or liquers.

One example is: Ceylon tea with a lemon tart or aged cheddar and Chartreuse.
Another example: Darjeeling tea with cream desserts, Zinfandel wine or Armagnac.

I did email you some photos of my cheesekeepers.
